 Anthony Riley has just completed the world's toughest foot race, the Marathon Des Sables. The gruelling 126mile race took place in the Sahara Desert in the east of Morocco and took 5 days to complete. Despite getting blisters early on in the race, compounded with a heat stress and dehydration Anthony managed to complete the event, which he describes as an awesome adventure. Asked if he would do it again, he did not hesitate, if he could afford it he would do again next year.

Anthony has used this race to race money for Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund as he lost his Step Father to this awful cancer and has managed to raise over £4,500 so far with a couple more sponsorships still to be collected. If you wish to donate please go to;
