Brig-Ayd’s unique design of the Silverline push pull hand controls has been developed over many years to allow disabled drivers unsurpassed levels of comfort and safety.
This has been achieved by the combination of many factors, from the use of a hard wearing and comfortable rubberised operating grip, to the full adjustability of the controls system to suit the individual user and their preferred method of driving.
The Silverline driving controls are tailored to each individual make and model of vehicle so as to minimise the intrusion into the driver’s area, which not only allows ease of entry and exit from the vehicle, but reduces the risk of injury in a collision situation.
The tailoring of these systems and the use of quality components throughout their construction means that the driver experiences a light and responsive action to the control’s operation.
The external surfaces of these controls are not painted but are finished in a protective and anticorrosive satin black finish to give an unobtrusive and hard wearing surface which will last for many years.
This driving aid also come with the options of a protective covers system made from a hard warring leatherette with a high density foam lining further enhancing the look and feel of these controls.
An integral rotary or toggle indicator switch is often included in the design of the handle for ease of operation when using the controls in conjunction with steering aids.
